Bawh
With Bawh, Mostafa Al Sous transforms decades of repressed trauma into layered, tactile garments built from bedsheets, silicone, waxed textures, iron, lace, and ripped silk. Each piece externalizes long-silenced pain, its weighted forms resisting ease and freedom of movement. Inspired by the invisibility of male victims in Arab society, the collection recodes masculinity with fragility, resistance, and the right to softness — a raw, unapologetic act of emotional rupture.
