Shipping & Handling

All orders submitted will need up to 4 - 5 working days in order to be processed. All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the following business day. We offer express international shipping through Aramex Priority Express or DHL Express to accommodate customers from all around the world. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are dependent on your location and the volumetric weight of your order. Once at checkout, the total shipping cost is calculated.

Customs:
Kindly note that the shipping cost at checkout does not include any local customs that may apply. Customers will need to pay any applicable local customs/taxes in order to release your order from customs. Since these custom charges are calculated locally, we have not included them in the shipping costs. Delays caused from local customs are out of our control. You can use your tracking number to locate your order at every stage after dispatch.

Processing:
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order along with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order. You can contact our customer support team at any time to help track your package or for any questions you may have.
