The Balloon Cape Dress

On-demand fashion is a growing trend where garments are produced only after an order is placed. This approach minimizes overproduction and waste while allowing for personalization, making each piece uniquely yours.

How does it work?
Simply place your order as you would for any other item—your payment confirms production. Once your order is received, the designer will reach out to discuss any additional customization if needed. Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your item is shipped.

We ship locally and internationally via Aramex or DHL. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes/duties are calculated at checkout. Orders usually arrive within 1 to 14 working days, depending on your location. 

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice. Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number.
Account holders can also check their order status online.
